Sunday Class with Ravi

Neck tension is one of the most common and frustrating complaints today — from long hours at computers and phones to stress, poor sleep, and everyday habits we barely notice.

But what if your neck pain isn’t just about your neck?

In the Feldenkrais Method®, we explore how your neck relates to your eyes, shoulders, spine, breathing, and sense of balance. Often, discomfort arises not from damage, but from patterns of movement that have become limited or overworked.

Instead of stretching or forcing, we use gentle, mindful movements to rediscover ease and coordination.

Through this series, you’ll:

• Reduce unnecessary neck tension
• Improve head and shoulder coordination
• Move with more comfort and confidence
• Support your nervous system in finding calm and relief

Friday Class with Aruna

Joint health isn’t just about staying active, it’s about how your body moves through everyday life.

Many of the aches, stiffness, and nagging discomforts we live with aren’t inevitable. Often, they come from movement habits we’ve carried for years without realizing there might be easier, more supportive options.

In the upcoming 8-week Healthy Joints series, Feldenkrais practitioner Aruna will guide you in gently exploring new ways of moving that feel kinder to your joints. These lessons are slow, mindful, and surprisingly powerful. They will help you rediscover comfort, mobility, and a sense of freedom in your body.

Each week we’ll turn our attention to a different area:

  • Ankles that offer better support and balance
  • Knees and hips that move more smoothly and easily
  • Shoulders that feel lighter and less strained
  • A neck that moves with greater comfort
  • And how everything connects, so your whole body works together with ease

This series is open to all levels of fitness and experience. Whether you’re looking to stay active, recover with more confidence, or simply move through your days feeling more at home in your body, these lessons will help you move with less effort and a lot more ease.
