Simple Tip For Better Posture

Here’s a quick example of the way I teach my students to focus their attention in order to improve their posture.
As you go about your day, while walking or in sitting, notice how often you’re looking downward. This puts an enormous strain on the neck.
Take breaks from looking downward by bringing your head to an upright position. Let your eyes be at the level of an imaginary horizon — as if you were on a beach and gazing at the horizon.
Do this for the next few days and see the difference it makes not only to the way you stand but also in your breathing and your energy levels throughout the day.
