Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I came to Ravi for guidance, with my limping and low back condition and feeling unstable standing and walking.
After only a few sessions, I now have an ease and adaptability in my walking. I feel steady and upright again.
Thank you Ravi

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Aruna's teaching about the foundations of balance was subtle, deep, and led to spontaneous improvements in how I move. She is clear and precise in her instruction, and her teaching style is friendly and approachable. As a physical therapist with 20+ years experience, I highly recommend her classes.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am a 77-year-old woman recovering from a bad accident, multiple surgeries, scoliosis and sciatica. After working with Ravi and the Feldenkrais method, I no longer have back pain and walk with new ease. Ravi is an excellent teacher and coach and explains clearly how each movement leads to improvement. I highly recommend Feldenkrais and Ravi’s expertise to anyone who wants to improve the quality of their life.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I worked with Ravi for private lessons for 10 weeks. He is extremely knowledgeable about how each part of the body works. I gained so much useful information from him that I can use for the rest of my life. He is very professional and responsible. I highly recommend him to anyone who is serious about improving their health, such as reducing pain, gaining more mobility and flexibility, and learning how to walk, sit, and move properly.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Ravi is a very good instructor. He introduced me to the basic concepts of ATM (Attention Through Movement) which helped immediately address patterns in my movement that were inefficient. I could see the benefits of those adjustments very clearly. I had a shoulder injury that Ravi helped me recover from by identifying trigger points and making me aware of unconscious guarding behavior in my movements. I highly recommend Ravi @ Atlanta Feldenkrais for anyone who wants to improve their movement and live a more dynamic efficient life.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I sought help for a nagging shoulder injury and decided to try Feldenkrais with Ravi. The results have been excellent—my shoulder mobility is much better, and the pain is almost gone! It didn't just help the injury heal, the gentle movements made me feel great overall. Ravi also identified few other 'weak' spots that I was not aware of (stiff neck, pelvic tilt etc) and suggested exercises/posture tips to help with those issues too.
Beyond the physical improvements, working with Ravi is a joy. He has a very calm and pleasing demeanor that makes every session incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. I'm very grateful for his care.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Aruna’s Feldenkrais class is awesome! It’s helped my plantar fasciitis way more than I expected — I used to get pain after just 30 min of walking w/o arch support, and now I can go for hours! Aruna’s crazy knowledgeable about the body and makes it fun to learn and experiment. Highly recommend!
